( you can use other veggies also like spinach, cabbage, capsicum, corn Etc.)

Finely chop onion and green chillies. (you can avoid green chillies for kids). Grate carrot and keep it ready.

In a blender, add the bread pieces, curd, semolina (sooji), ginger paste, rice flour, all purpose flour/maida, water and salt needed.

Blend to a fine paste. Pour the batter in a  bowl. The consistency of the batter should neither be too thick nor thin. Add onion, green chilli, carrot, coriander leaves, tomato and mix well.

Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of batter. You cannot spread this batter like the regular Dosa.

Drizzle 1/2 tsp of oil around the uttapam. After cooked one side , flip it over to the other side, add another 1/2 tsp of oil and cook until golden brown.

Serve bread uttapam hot with Curd, green chutney or  tomato ketchup.
