 Its very delicious and healthy snacks. It is very easy to make. Kids like it very much. This is also suitable for kids lunch box.
Pressed rice (poha) 1 ½   cup2 Medium Boiled Potato and and mashed Oil 2 tbspn for frying Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoonChat Masala ½ tbspn1 medium finally chopped Onion Rice  flour  2 tbspnRed chilli powder 1 teaspoon                    2-3 Green chillies finely choppedSalt to tasteChopped Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbspnLemon juice 1 tbspn or amchur powder        .                Bread Crumbs  (3 ground Bread slices)


Soak the poha for 5 min in water and then drain the water keep aside  .
 Take a bowl add bread crumbs, soaked poha, onin, green chilly,  red chilli powder, cumin seeds, boiled Aloo  , coriander  leaves ,chat masala lemon juice or amchoor powder and salt to taste.
Mix all ingredients properly to form firm dough.

Divide the mixture into eight to twelve equal portions and shape each into a cutlet.
