Hare matar ki Khichadi...

Matar ki khichadi-
This is one of the easy to make recipe. You can prepare matar ki khichadi  if you don’t have any plan about your   lunch or dinner. This  matar ki khichadi is the best of  winter session because fresh green peas is available in market. This recipe is my mom’s recipe and its my favorite recipe.
You can enjoy your khichadi any type of raita, salad  and papad.
Preparation Time-5 min. Cooking Time-15 min.
Matar (green Peas)-1cup
Rice 1cup Hing 1 pich Giger-garlic paste-1 teaspn Garam Masala-1/2 teaspn Whole red chlli- 2-3 Jeera-1 teaspn Turmeric powder-1 teaspn Onion 1 cohpped Desi ghee- 2tbspn Salt to taste

Grind matar and crushed ginger garlic.
Soaked rice atleast 15 min.
Now heat cooker and add desi ghee,hing,  jeera, ginger- garlic, and sauté 1 min .
Now add chopped onion and sauté.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and matar sauté for 2 min. Now add soaked rice and sauté 1 min.
After that add sufficient water put in it cooker and wait 2-3 whistle Serve hot with al…

Bread Green Peas Rolls

Bread Green Peas Rolls-
Bread with green peas filling makes a mouthwatering snack. This is a perfect snack with evening tea and breakfast also. You can serve as a appetizer.  Bread green peas rolls are crunchy outside, spicy and soft inside. Easy to prepare and serve. Its kids favorite snacks.
Preparation Time-20 min.
Cooking Time- 15 min.
Serve 4 member Ingredients:
Make 8 bread rolls
§8 bread slices §½  cup green peas boiled or fried  and mashed
§1 teaspoon oil §¼  teaspn cumin seeds §Salt to taste §

Hare Mirch Ka Bharwa

Hare mirch ka bharwa-
Hare mirch ka bharwa is very tastey side dish. It is very easy to make. You can store this dish 3-4 days.

Preparation time- 10 min. Cooking Time- 10 min.
 5-6 bharwa mirch 1 tbspn saunf 1 tbspn jeera 1 tbspn whole dhaniya 1 tbspn ajwain 1 tbspn methi dana 1 tespn lal mirch powder 1 tbspn dry mango powder ½ teaspn haldi powder 2 tbspn oil for frying Salt to taste
 First take mirch and wash properly and wipe of kitchen towel
Take a pan and dry roast all whole masalas.

After roasting masalas make a coarse powder in mixer grinder.
Now add salt, haldi, lal mirch powder, amchoor powder, 1 spoon oil  and dry masala powder, mix properly.

Now take mirch and slit all mirch with the help of knife.
Now feel the masala in mirch and keep aside.

Take a pan heat 1 spoon oil and roast  the stuff mirch of  both sides till golden brown.
Now stuff mirch is ready to serve.
