Gajar ka halwa with condensed milk-
Gajar ka halwa is a slow cooked Indian traditional desert this is known as gajrela also in punjab. It is the popular sweet recipe during winter in north. It is very easy to make recipe in my way its only takes half n hour. Gajar ka halwa is a delicious and popular sweet made with very few ingredients carrot, milk, sugar, ghee and condense milk or mawa. This halwa is a perfect desert in any celebration.


Preparation Time- 10 min. Cooking Time- 20 min. Recipe- desert
Ingredients-
500grm. Gajar/carrot 2 tbspn ghee ½ cup sugar ½ cup full condense milk 2 cardamom powder Dry fruits as per need
Method-
Firstly peel the skin of carrot, washed and grated.



Amla and green chili pickle

Amla is very rich source of vitamin C and fibre. It is good for our health especially in winter. Today I am going to share amla and green chilli ka achar. Amla and green chilli Ka Achar is a very yummy recipe and this pickle is very easy to make. You can serve any type of stuff paratha and plain paratha also. This pickle is very good combination and make delicious your paratha.



Preparation Time- 15 min. Cooking Time- 5 min. Recipe - pickle

Ingredients-

500gm- Amla(gooseberries) 1 cup oil 4 tbspn red chilli powder 2 tbspn turmeric powder 2 tbspn salt or to taste 4 tbspn mustard powder 1 pinch of hing ½ cup green chilli


Method-

Boil the gooseberries or Amla for 4-5 min.
